Popular ingredient Beta-alanine is the only naturally occurring beta-amino acid, and in the body, beta-alanine is converted together with 1-histidine to the dipeptide carnosine. Portion size: 4 grams (~ 1 scoop).
Use: Mix 4-8 grams in your preferred volume of water or other beverage and drink 20-30 minutes before your workout. Take one portion, twice a day, even on rest days, with or without food. Start with a half portion twice a day to assess your tolerance, as beta-alanine can result a slight and harmless redness and/or a tingling sensation that decreases after a few minutes.
